Since our trading software provides immediate access to market data and analysis, all sales are final upon delivery of service.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only considered in cases of technical failure on our platform that prevents access to services for an extended period.
